Quick fixes
A clip won't load
Each clip downloads the first time you watch it, so you need an internet connection for new clips. Check your connection and tap Try Again. If a clip keeps failing, open Settings (the gear on the home screen), tap Clear Downloaded Clips, then try again.
Restore Unlimited Tests
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Out of free tests
The free version includes 3 mock tests a day, and the count resets at midnight in your time zone. Practice clips are always free and unlimited.
Switch between NSW and VIC
Tap the state menu at the top left of the home screen, or open Settings and choose your state. Your purchase covers both.
Why was my tap marked wrong?
Only your first tap counts. After each answer, the timeline shows the scoring window in green next to your tap, so you can see whether you were early, late or should have held off.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
